At Clean and Cleanse, our payment and refund policy is simple: payments are made only via e-transfer and we require a 24 hour notice for any cancelations or else no refund will be provided. We also offer a satisfaction guarantee, so if you’re not completely satisfied with the job, we will come back and clean the area again at no extra cost.
